540 View is Tech Education Company based in Dallas, Texas.
We are on a mission to revolutionize learning for minority communities. Through one of our flagship programs, Black II Basics, we bring the rich history and essential principles of Black culture into the modern classroom.
Our focus? Blending modern micro-learning techniques with timeless legacy strategies to equip students with knowledge, confidence, and practical skills they can apply in the real world.
We serve all students, with a specific focus on those who traditionally lack access to this type of curriculum within their schools or communities. From financial literacy to real-world life skills, we strive to bridge the gap and create pathways for future leaders.

With over 20 years of experience as a TV executive, a decade of military service, and a formal education from Harvard School of Business, Dr. K.C. Fox has dedicated her career to creating opportunities for underserved communities.
As the Founder and CEO of 540 View, Dr. Fox brings her expertise, passion, and vision to transform education.
Through one of the company’s flagship products Black Il Basics, Dr. Fox ensures that children from minority backgrounds gain access to real-world financial education, technology history and business —an opportunity often missing in traditional school systems. Her leadership blends innovation with cultural relevance, empowering students to learn the principles of legacy, financial independence, and history in a way that resonates with their experiences.
